Items must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached.
You have 14 days from date of purchase to exchange or receive an in store credit.
Damage Issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping. If exchanging an item, we will cover the cost to ship the new item to you. If an in store credit is desired, you will receive a credit for the price of the item, not the shipping fee.
